The terms, in plain words

Term	What it means for you
Minimum	Presence: three months, then month to month. Presence + Website: twelve months, because the site is paid for inside the monthly fee.
Leaving early on the website plan	The website part of the months left falls due: RM 300 for each month left of the twelve. The site is handed over to you. You always end up owning what was built.
Who owns what	Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The website files are handed to you at month twelve, or earlier on buyout. Anything you give us stays yours.
Hosting	Included while you are with us. After that, we hand it over or keep hosting it for RM 500 a month with small updates.
Paying	Monthly, by bank transfer or a direct debit you authorise once. Your card details stay with you.
One client per trade per city	Once you are our client, your competitor in the same city is turned away. A second city for you is RM 600 a month extra.
Guarantees	What you get is measured work, read every month, with the misses shown. Google itself tells business owners to walk away from anyone who guarantees a position.
Ads	Separate from the plan. Managed ads are RM 500 a month on top. You pay the platform directly, so your money never passes through us.
Photos	For Penang and the Klang Valley we can shoot your premises, team and work in a few hours. Ask for the price.
Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin pages	Available for the website plan. Ask for the price.
Your details	We use what you give us only to do the work and reply to you. How we handle your details.
