Who we are
Koay Shi Chian
Founder of Upcial, the Penang web studio behind panaharrison.com. Also the founder of Stayfarer, which does this for hotels and homestays. Fifteen years in B2B sales before that, most of it to regulated companies. He runs every engagement himself.
Why a monthly plan
A website earns only when someone is sent to it. The engines decide who gets named, and they decide again every month. So the work is monthly too: ask, fix, read the score, repeat. The website is the add-on, for the business that still needs one, or whose site the engines skip.
Why one client per trade per city
Only one dentist in Penang can be the answer, so we take one and say so on the front page.
